Job summary

Snabbit in Bengaluru seeks an HR Analyst to own HR Analytics, Workforce Insights and Process Automation. You will build real-time dashboards, model data, and leverage AI tools to reduce manual toil while ensuring payroll coordination and compliance run smoothly.

You will collaborate with Finance and TA to maintain a single source of truth, drive headcount planning, attrition insights, and total rewards metrics in a fast-scaling startup environment.

Qualifications

• 3–4 years of experience blending HR Analytics, People Analytics, and core People Operations (fast-paced startup experience mandatory).
• Deep Data Mastery: data modeling, statistical analysis, and dashboard design using tools such as Looker, Power BI, Tableau, Metabase, and advanced Excel/Sheets.
• Hands-on AI & Automation: prompt engineering, code generation, and workflow automation using AI tools (Claude, ChatGPT, Codex) alongside automation scripts (Google Apps Script, Python).
• Operational Knowledge: payroll inputs, statutory compliance, and core workforce metrics (attrition, retention, funnels, compensation structures).
• System Exposure: experience with modern HRMS platforms (Darwinbox preferred).

Responsibilities

• End-to-End HR Analytics: generate insights on headcount, hiring velocity, cohort attrition, productivity, and total rewards.
• Dashboarding & Data Visualization: build real-time dashboards for executive leadership, CoE, and Finance.
• AI & Workflow Automation: design and deploy automated workflows to automate daily reporting and data syncs.
• Data Architecture & Single Source of Truth: maintain data hygiene across HRMS systems and ensure audit-ready models.
• Core HR Operations & Governance: oversee onboarding through offboarding and settlements; ensure payroll accuracy.
• Payroll & Compliance Coordination: ensure zero-defect monthly payroll execution and compliance tracking.
• System Governance: maintain real-time HRMS data accuracy and updates for promotions/transfers.

About the Role:

We are looking for an exceptional, data-obsessed HR Analyst to own and elevate our HR Analytics, Workforce Insights, and Process Automation charter. This role is tailored for someone who thrives at the intersection of data science and HR execution.

You will primarily be responsible for leveraging data models, advanced AI tools (Claude, ChatGPT, Codex), and workflow automation to eliminate manual toil and deliver executive-level analytics, while ensuring our day-to-day HR Operations, payroll coordination, and compliance run seamlessly. If you love building real-time dashboards from scratch, converting raw numbers into actionable business strategy, and maintaining high operational discipline in a fast-scaling startup, this role is for you.

Key Responsibilities

HR Analytics, AI & Process Automation

• End-to-End HR Analytics: Deep-dive into raw workforce data across the entire employee lifecycle - generating high-impact insights on headcount planning, hiring velocity, cohort attrition, productivity, and total rewards.
• Dashboarding & Data Visualization: Architect, build, and maintain automated, real-time HR dashboards and visual reporting frameworks for executive leadership, CoE, and Finance.
• AI & Workflow Automation: Proactively design and deploy automated workflows using Google Apps Script, no-code/low-code tools, and advanced AI platforms (Claude, Gemini, Codex, ChatGPT) to automate daily reporting, data syncs, and operational bottlenecks.
• Data Architecture & Single Source of Truth: Maintain absolute data hygiene across HRMS systems, ensure seamless data integration with Finance and TA, and build audit-ready data models.

Core HR Operations & Governance

• Employee Lifecycle Execution: Oversee key daily operational processes, ensuring a seamless experience from Day 1 onboarding through offboarding and final settlements.
• Payroll & Compliance Coordination: Accurately manage payroll inputs, leave validations, and statutory compliance tracking (PF, ESIC, PT, LWF, etc.) to ensure zero-defect monthly payroll execution.
• System Governance: Act as the primary guardian of HRMS data accuracy (Darwinbox preferred), ensuring real-time updates for promotions, transfers, and organizational restructuring.
