Job summary

Qualifications

• Advanced degree: MBA (HR) / MSW (HR) or equivalent qualification.
• Experience: 10–15 years of HR experience, preferably in the healthcare sector.
• Knowledge of labour laws, PF, ESIC, PT, payroll, statutory compliance, and HRMS.
• Proven experience in talent acquisition, employee engagement, policy implementation, and multi‑unit HR operations.
• Excellent leadership, communication, and people‑management skills.

About the Job

Senior Manager – Human Resources

Location: Head Office, Matoshree Gangubai Sambhaji Shinde Hospital, Kisan Nagar No. 3, Thane West.

Salary: 60,000 – 80,000 per month based on qualification and experience.

Reporting Structure: Leads group HR operations across multiple hospital units, including recruitment, employee relations, statutory compliance, payroll coordination, performance management, HR policies, training, and manpower planning.
