Job summary

Expert Staffing Solutions New Delhi is seeking a Recruitment Executive in Delhi to handle end-to-end recruitment and candidate sourcing. Freshers and experienced candidates are welcome; work is in Malviya Nagar, South Delhi, on a fixed Day Shift, with 6 days a week and WFO.

You will source candidates via portals, screen, conduct telephonic/virtual interviews, coordinate interviews, and maintain trackers to meet daily/weekly hiring targets.

Qualifications

• Freshers or experienced candidates can apply.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills are required.
• Candidate should be target-driven with strong follow-up abilities.

Responsibilities

• Handle end-to-end recruitment and candidate sourcing.

• Conduct initial telephonic/virtual interviews.
• Coordinate interviews and follow up with candidates.
• Maintain candidate databases and recruitment trackers.
• Achieve daily/weekly hiring targets.
• Coordinate with the hiring team to ensure smooth recruitment processes.
