Expert Staffing Solutions New Delhi is hiring for a recruitment executive to handle end-to-end sourcing from portals, social media, and references. This WFO role requires candidates to work in a 6-day week in South Delhi, with freshers welcome and a target-driven environment.

Salary ranges up to 20k for freshers and up to 25k for experienced, plus performance incentives and attendance bonuses. Join a dynamic team in Malviya Nagar.

• Conduct initial telephonic/virtual interviews.
• Coordinate interviews and follow up with candidates.
• Maintain candidate databases and recruitment trackers.
• Achieve daily/weekly hiring targets.
• Coordinate with the hiring team to ensure smooth recruitment processes.
