Job summary

Consult Asia in Thane, Maharashtra is seeking an end-to-end recruitment professional to handle sourcing, screening, shortlisting, interview coordination, offer management and joining across IT and Non-IT roles.

You will partner with hiring managers to ensure quality hires and a smooth recruitment process, while managing candidate experience and recruitment metrics to drive results.

Qualifications

• Excellent written and verbal English communication
• Proficient in Microsoft Excel
• UG: B.Tech/B.E. in any specialization; MBA/PGDM preferred

Responsibilities

• End-to-end recruitment for IT and Non-IT roles including sourcing, screening, shortlisting, interview coordination, offer management and joining
