Job summary

Consult Asia is seeking a Recruitment & Talent Acquisition professional to manage end-to-end hiring. The role requires excellent English communication and strong Excel skills to handle data-driven recruitment tasks.

You will source, screen, shortlist and coordinate interviews, manage offers and joining, and work closely with hiring managers to ensure quality hires across IT and non-IT functions.

Qualifications

• Experience in end-to-end recruitment processes including sourcing, screening, shortlisting, interview coordination, offer management and joining.
• Excellent English written and verbal communication, with strong MS Excel skills.
• Ability to partner with hiring managers to ensure quality hiring across IT and non-IT roles.
