Consult Asia in India is seeking a recruitment professional to manage end-to-end hiring for IT and non-IT roles. You will source, screen, shortlist, and coordinate interviews while managing offers and joining formalities.

The role requires excellent English communication and strong Excel proficiency, with collaboration across hiring managers to deliver quality hires in a timely manner.

• Proficient in Microsoft Excel with hands-on experience.

Responsibilities

• End-to-end recruitment for IT and Non-IT roles, including sourcing, screening, shortlisting, interview coordination, offer management, and joining.
• Partner with hiring managers to ensure quality hires and timely decisions.
