Qualifications

• Sound knowledge of labour laws, factory compliance, and policies.
• Experience with employee engagement and grievance handling.

Responsibilities

• Manage end-to-end HR operations including onboarding, attendance, leave management, and records.
• Implement HR policies and ensure compliance across the organization.
• Support recruitment, induction, performance management, and engagement initiatives.
• Handle grievances and disciplinary matters per company policy.
• Maintain HR files, documentation, and MIS reports.
• Maintain healthy industrial relations between management and employees.
• Handle grievances, disciplinary actions, inquiries, and conflict resolution.
• Coordinate with labour unions and employee representatives where applicable.
• Support collective bargaining discussions and settlement negotiations.
• Ensure compliance with standing orders and company policies.
• Foster a positive work culture and maintain industrial harmony.

Key Responsibilities Human Resources
