Job summary

Deloitte Consulting India in Bengaluru/Hyderabad/Pune/Chennai is seeking a Senior Consultant, Technical Transformation to design, develop, and deploy enterprise-scale Workday solutions. You will lead end-to-end integrations, mentor juniors, and collaborate with global teams to translate requirements into robust deliverables.

The role requires 6–10 years hands-on Workday experience, active Workday Certification, and strong communication skills.

Qualifications

• 6-10 years of hands-on Workday experience.
• Active Workday Certification required.
• Experience with EIB, Studio, PECI, WECI and Core HCM/Payroll.
• Strong experience with connectors, calculated fields, XSLT/XML, and Web Services APIs.
• Experience in designing and developing EIBs, Studio, XSLT, DT, PECI.
• Ability to conduct design discussions with clients and write technical specs.
• Excellent communication skills.
• For Conversion role: end-to-end conversions on two large Workday projects and ETL for two projects.
