Job summary

Deloitte Development LLC is seeking a Consultant in Functional Transformation to deliver high-quality Workday-related projects from Bengaluru. The role involves mentoring juniors, coordinating with onsite and offshore teams, and delivering solutions aligned to client HR needs.

The position requires 3–6 years of hands-on Workday experience, active Workday certification, and strong communication skills. You will contribute to HR transformation across core HCM, compensation, payroll, and time

Qualifications

Must Have Skills/Project Experience/Certifications

• 3 - 6 years of hands‑on experience
• Certification: Must have active Workday Certification
• Workday Implementation/Support experience of at least two projects.
• Experience in Workday Core HCM, Core & Advance Compensation, Talent & Performance Management, Recruiting, Prism Analytics, Payroll, Benefits, Learning, Absence Management & Time Tracking.
• Experience in HR processes and should have worked on two or more projects in a functional capacity on the above-mentioned modules.
• Understanding of any industry would be a plus
• Excellent Communication Skills

Education

• BE/B.Tech/M.C.A./M.Sc (CS) degree or equivalent from accredited university
