Job Summary

Job Description for the HSE Trainer. Job Vacancy: DB HSE is Hiring HSE Trainers. Location: Kolkata. Position: HSE Trainer / OHS Trainer (Must be from Kolkata, India). Experience: Must have a minimum of 2 years of training experience. Working Hours and Days: Mon Sat (9 Hours Duty), Sunday is weekly off. Note: You might be traveling outside the country, at the company's expense, for training purposes. Therefore, you must have a passport.

Role Description

We are looking for a full-time OSH Trainer to join our team at DB HSE INTERNATIONAL. The OSH Trainer will be responsible for conducting training programs, delivering presentations, developing training materials, and assessing the effectiveness of training.

Minimum Qualifications

Refined qualifications at the RQF Level 3, such as the OTHM Level 3 Technical Certificate in OHS or NEBOSH IGC, IOSH Managing Safely, Bachelor s in OHS, and any other HSE-related qualifications.

Preferences

ISO Lead Auditor (9001, 14001, and 45001) Additional qualifications in First Aid-CPR, Fire Safety, Emergency Rescue, Scaffolding Safety, etc., are preferable.

Key Skills and Attributes

• Excellent communication skills (Fluent in English, Bengali, and Hindi)
• Excellent presentation skills
• Proficient in preparing files on MS Word, MS Excel, and MS PowerPoint
• Proficiency in relevant software and tools (Zoom, Microsoft Teams, etc.)
• Proficient in professional email writing
• Strong knowledge of occupational health and safety principles
• Experience in developing and delivering training programs
• Ability to assess training effectiveness and make improvements
