Job summary

Dr. Reddy’s Laboratories Ltd. seeks a Territory Business Manager to spearhead digital transformation initiatives across specified markets and align them with strategic goals.

You will engage with leaders to translate complex challenges into digital product concepts and oversee end-to-end delivery across product lifecycles. Ideal candidates have a background in engineering/CS/commerce with exposure to Agile, AI, and data analytics, plus strong stakeholder management and roadmap execution

Qualifications

• Graduation in Engineering, Computer Science, Business Administration, or related field.
• MBA is preferred.
• ICP-APO certification is preferred.

Responsibilities

• Shape and execute digital transformation strategies, ensuring alignment with organizational goals.
• Engage with stakeholders to translate complex business challenges into digital solutions and product concepts.
• Collaborate with senior leadership to identify opportunities for digital interventions that simplify processes and enhance agility.
• Lead the design, development, and delivery of technology solutions across assigned products, maintaining strategic alignment.
• Drive innovation through ideation programs, proof of concepts, and blueprint creation to validate and accelerate digital adoption.
• Proactively identify risks and issues in product or project lifecycles, ensuring timely escalation and resolution.
• Ensure compliance with organizational frameworks and governance models while optimizing performance metrics and productivity.
• Develop subject matter expertise, contribute to team success, and support project management activities.

Qualifications

• Educational Qualification: Graduation in Engineering, Computer Science, Business Administration, or a related field is mandatory.
• MBA is preferred.
• Additional certification such as ICAgile Agile Product Ownership (ICP-APO) is preferred.
• Minimum Work Experience: 0–2 / 2+ years of experience.
• Skills & Attributes & Critical Exposures Functional Skills: Automation Artificial Intelligence Data Visualization DevOps Digital Product Management Prototyping User Experience (UX) Design Resident Skills: Agile Methodology Data Analysis Program Management Data Storytelling Design Thinking Behavioural Skills: You approach challenges with curiosity and agility, adapting quickly to new technologies, shifting priorities, and evolving business strategies.
• Critical Exposures: Exposure to project management and implementing digital product strategies, digital product lifecycles, ensuring compliance with software quality standards for a business unit is desired. Exposure to emerging trends and technologies (e.g., AI, data analytics) and their applications in digital product development is preferred.
• Technical Exposures: Experience with product management tools (e.g., JIRA, Aha!) is desired. Experience with data analysis and visualization tools (e.g., SQL, Tableau) is desired. Exposure to Agile methodologies and frameworks (e.g., Scrum, Kanban) is desired.
