Job summary

BCD Travel seeks an experienced SAP SuccessFactors Consultant specializing in Employee Central and Time Off to configure and support Time Off processes, MDF objects, and business rules from India. The role requires hands-on configuration work, working with business stakeholders, and release management for Employee Central.

You’ll configure Time Off solutions, support EC data structures, and participate in testing and release activities while adapting to a remote, India-based engagement.

Qualifications

• Hands-on SAP SuccessFactors experience.
• Strong configuration experience in Employee Central and Time Off.
• Expertise in time types, workflows, accrual rules and take rules/business rules.
• Experience with multi-country SuccessFactors implementations and support environments is a plus.
• EC certification preferred.

• Configure and maintain SAP SuccessFactors Time Off solutions including time types, accruals, eligibility rules, workflows, and absence processes
• Configure and support Employee Central foundation object and employee data structures
• Configure and maintain Employee Central foundation object maintain MDF Objects, Object Definitions, Associations, business rules and related configurations
• Support testing activities including SIT, UAT, defect resolution
• Review SAP SuccessFactors release updates and recommend adoption of relevant features
