HypTechie in Bengaluru is seeking an experienced HRIS Administrator with hands-on Cornerstone OnDemand (CSOD) expertise to manage and optimize talent management systems. You will oversee Learning Management, Performance Management, Succession Planning, and Skills Management, ensuring data integrity and compliance.

Competenze

• Bachelor’s degree in HR, HRIS, Business Administration, or related field, or equivalent experience.
• Experience in HRIS administration and direct hands‑on administration of Cornerstone OnDemand.
• Experience supporting LMS and Performance Management processes.
• Knowledge of Succession Planning, talent reviews, skills frameworks, and competency models.
• Strong reporting, analytical, troubleshooting, communication, and stakeholder‑management skills.
