Emmes Group is seeking an HR Systems Analyst to administer and optimize the Cornerstone OnDemand platform, covering Talent, Performance, Succession, and Compensation modules. The HR Systems Analyst supports the administration, configuration, reporting, and optimization of the Cornerstone OnDemand Human Capital Management (HCM) platform. This role serves as a key resource for HR in the areas of Talent Management, Performance Management, Succession Planning, Compensation, and Employee Development processes by ensuring the effective operation of Cornerstone modules and delivering solutions that improve business partner and employee experience and business outcomes. The Analyst will provide day-to-day system support, troubleshoot issues, maintain data integrity, develop reports and dashboards, and assist with system enhancements and new functionality.
