Franklin Templeton is seeking a skilled HR technology professional to join the HR GIS team. You will gather requirements, conduct fit-gap analyses, design functional Workday solutions, and configure HCM to support global HR operations.

The role emphasizes AI-enabled HR solutions, data analysis with SQL and Python, testing, and collaboration with Security, Data, and Architecture teams. The position offers a comprehensive benefits package and opportunities for professional growth.

About The Department

• The HR Global Information Systems (HRGIS) team delivers secure, scalable, and business-focused Workday solutions that support HR operations worldwide. Team members collaborate across HR Centres of Excellence, HR Operations, HR Business Partners, Technology, Security, and Data teams to improve employee experiences, streamline processes, and enable informed decision-making. Joining the team offers opportunities to work with Workday, AI, automation, analytics, and emerging HR technologies while influencing strategic HR outcomes across a global organization.

Experience, Education & Certifications

• Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in a relevant field.
