Job summary

Faze Three in Mumbai is seeking an experienced Human Resources Business Partner (HRBP) to align HR initiatives with business objectives in the textile sector. You will partner with management to drive workforce planning, talent development, and employee engagement while ensuring HR policy compliance.

The role requires 5+ years of HRBP experience, strong labor-law knowledge, and proficiency in HRMS and data analytics. You will report to Manoj Kumar Mondal and operate from the Mumbai HO.

Qualifications

Objective: The HR Business Partner (HRBP) is responsible for aligning HR initiatives with business objectives in the textile industry. This role serves as a strategic partner to management, driving workforce planning, talent development, employee engagement, and HR compliance. The HRBP ensures the effective implementation of HR policies to support business growth and employee satisfaction.

Essential Duties & Responsibilities
  1. Talent Management & Acquisition:
    • Work closely with hiring managers to define workforce needs and ensure timely talent acquisition.
    • Implement best practices for talent assessment, onboarding, and succession planning.
    • Develop strategies to enhance employer branding within the textile industry.
  2. Employee Relations & Engagement:
    • Act as a trusted advisor to employees and management on HR-related matters.
    • Develop and execute employee engagement programs to foster a positive work culture.
    • Handle grievance resolution, conflict management, and disciplinary actions as needed.
  3. Performance Management & Development:
    • Oversee performance appraisal processes, ensuring alignment with business goals.
    • Identify training needs and work with L&D teams to implement skill development programs.
    • Coach managers and employees on performance improvement plans and career progression.
  4. HR Compliance & Policies:
    • Ensure adherence to labor laws, HR policies, and industry-specific regulations.
    • Maintain accurate HR records and ensure compliance with audit requirements.
    • Monitor workplace safety and compliance with occupational health regulations.
  5. Compensation & Benefits:
    • Partner with the compensation team to ensure competitive salary structures.
    • Support payroll processing by providing necessary employee data.
  6. HR Analytics & Reporting:
    • Analyze HR metrics and provide actionable insights to improve HR functions.
    • Prepare reports on employee turnover, engagement, and workforce productivity.
    • Use data-driven approaches to enhance HR strategies and decision-making.
Job Specification
  • Bachelors/Masters degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
  • 5+ years of experience as an HRBP, preferably in the textile or manufacturing industry.
Other Work Requirements
  • Strong knowledge of labor laws, HR policies, and compliance requirements.
  • Excellent interpersonal, communication, and conflict-resolution skills.
  • Proficiency in HRMS and data analytics for HR decision-making.
