You will document configurations, create end-user guides, gather requirements for system enhancements, and help deliver training materials. Interns work 40 hours/week for 10 weeks, with in-office expectations and rotating shifts in IST.
We’re seeking an HR Tech Intern to support MongoDB’s HR technology systems, including SAP SuccessFactors Employee Central, Onboarding, Performance, and Compensation.
This role operates on rotating shifts: 2 PM–10 PM IST and 6 PM–2 AM IST.
MongoDB internships are full‑time (40 hours per week) for 10 consecutive weeks, from April through July. Interns follow the “in office” working model and are expected to be in their office location 3–5 days a week.
