Job summary

MongoDB offers a full-time 10-week internship in Gurugram for students pursuing HR, IS, or related fields. You will document HR system configurations, create guides, SOPs, and FAQs, and help gather requirements for potential system enhancements.

• Create user-friendly guides, Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs), and Frequently Asked Questions (FAQs) for end users and HR Shared Services (HRSS) teams.
• Help gather and organize requirements for potential system enhancements and communicate needs to the development team.
• Work with stakeholders to validate documentation and keep it accurate and complete.
• Assist with developing and delivering training materials for system users.
• Test system functionality and configurations as part of quality assurance.

• Currently pursuing or recently completed a degree in Human Resources, Information Systems, Business Administration, or a related field.
• Strong interest in HR systems and technology.

MongoDB internships are full-time (40 hours per week) for 10 consecutive weeks, from April through July. Interns follow the "in office" working model and are expected to be in their office location 3-5 days a week.
