Job summary

MongoDB internships are full-time (40 hours/week) for 10 consecutive weeks lasting from dates in May until July. All interns are considered hybrid employees, designated the "in office" working model and are expected to be in their office location 3-5 days a week.

Qualifications

• Be in the process of receiving a Masters degree in Human Resources, or related fields.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office/Google Suite.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Ability to prioritize and manage multiple tasks and projects.
• Excellent communication skills.
• Experience or familiarity with AI tools (e.g., ChatGPT, Claude, Gemini, etc.) is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Be paired with a mentor, who will support you throughout your internship.
• Get to work in meaningful & real-world projects right from the beginning, helping with presentations and documentation.
• Collaborate with other HR COEs, HR Leaders, Finance, HRIS, and stakeholders, taking learning opportunities that will arise every single day.

The right candidate for this role will
