Overview
The HR Tech Analyst (Oracle Fusion Techno Functional Consultant) supports the delivery of Oracle Cloud HCM solutions for the HR department at Enerpac Tool Group. Located in Bengaluru, India, this role reports to the HR Tech Manager.
Business Contribution
The analyst supports the implementation and support of Oracle Fusion HCM modules to meet business needs, aligning with the company’s focus on high‑pressure hydraulic tools and worldwide operations.
Key Responsibilities
- Work on implementation and support of Oracle Fusion HCM modules to meet business needs.
- Gather and understand business requirements, map them to system functionality, and assist in configuration and setup.
- Support key project activities like testing (unit, integration), data updates, and basic system integrations.
- Handle quarterly Oracle HCM release updates by testing changes and ensuring smooth release with minimal impact.
- Troubleshoot system issues, analyze root causes, and provide timely solutions.
- Manage users, roles, and basic security configurations.
- Create reports using BI Publisher / OTBI and maintain necessary documentation.
- Work closely with HR teams and business users to design, deliver, and support solutions.
- Suggest improvements and best practices to optimize HR processes using Oracle HCM.
- Provide user support, training, and ensure smooth day‑to‑day system operations.
Ideal Candidate
- Strong understanding of Oracle Fusion HCM architecture and core concepts.
- Functional knowledge of key HR processes across modules such as Global HR, Recruiting, Goals, Performance, and Compensation.
- Proficiency in reporting tools such as BI Publisher and OTBI.
- Familiarity with HCM technical components: Fast Formula, HDL/HSDL, Extracts, and Flexfields.
- Good understanding of HCM security framework (roles, data security, access control).
- Basic knowledge of system integrations and data exchange concepts.
- Awareness of data privacy, security standards, and compliance in global systems.
- Strong analytical thinking and problem‑solving ability.
- Ability to understand business needs and translate them into system‑level solutions.
- Good communication and stakeholder interaction skills.
- Working knowledge of SQL for data validation and analysis.
- Ability to work independently and manage priorities effectively.
- Bachelor’s Degree or equivalent in computer science, information systems, or a relevant field.
- 2‑4 years’ experience working with, implementing, or supporting global Oracle Cloud HCM modules.
