Qualifications

• Experience with HR Operations, Talent Acquisition Operations, HR Administration, or People Operations.
• Experience with HRIS platforms and Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS) like Deel is highly desirable.
• Strong attention to detail with data accuracy and process compliance.
• Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
• Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.

Responsibilities

Your impact:

• Administer and maintain HRIS platforms (including Deel), ATS, and employee data systems.
• Support the end-to-end recruitment process, from requisition approval through onboarding.
• Coordinate interviews, candidate communications, offers, and pre-employment checks.
• Maintain accurate employee and candidate records, ensuring data integrity and compliance.
• Respond to HR queries and support day-to-day HR operations, payroll, rewards, and compliance activities.
• Produce HR and recruitment reports, support audits, and ensure adherence to employment legislation and company policies.
• Manage relationships with recruitment agencies, job boards, and external HR service providers.
• Identify and implement process improvements to enhance operational efficiency and candidate experience.

You’ll thrive in the role if you have:

• Minimum 2 years of experience with Bachelor's in areas such as People Management, Change Management, HR Processes or equivalent OR no prior experience required with Master's Degree.
• Experience in HR Operations, Talent Acquisition Operations, HR Administration, or People Operations.
• Strong experience using HRIS platforms and Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS); Deel experience is highly desirable.
• Excellent attention to detail with a focus on data accuracy and process compliance.
• Experience supporting recruitment administration, onboarding, and employee lifecycle activities.
• Ability to manage multiple priorities and work effectively in a fast-paced environment.
• Strong organisational, communication, and stakeholder management skills.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office, particularly Excel, with experience producing reports and analysing data.
• Comfortable handling confidential information with discretion and professionalism.
