Job summary

Weekday is hiring an HR / Talent Acquisition professional to set up and run the people function for a growing team. This fully remote role offers end-to-end ownership of HR policies, employee lifecycle processes, and hiring across channels.

You will build and maintain HR policies, set up onboarding/off-boarding SOPs, source and pipeline talent, and coordinate interviews with founders and team leads, while keeping records organized in a remote work environment.

• Experience in HR operations and hiring.
• Strong written and spoken English.
• Ability to run the HR function independently in a remote setup.
