Paytm is seeking a sharp Talent Acquisition professional to drive senior and leadership hiring. You will partner with business heads and hiring managers as a trusted talent advisor, building leadership pipelines and ensuring high-quality hires in a fast-paced fintech environment.

This role emphasizes executive search, market intelligence, and outcome-focused recruitment, with a strong emphasis on confidentiality and stakeholder partnerships.

Qualifications

• 4–6 years of experience in Talent Acquisition, with exposure to leadership or executive hiring.
• Strong headhunting, sourcing, talent mapping, and stakeholder management skills.
• Excellent communication, negotiation, and relationship-building abilities.
• Proven ability to engage senior professionals and close critical hiring mandates.
• Working knowledge of LinkedIn Recruiter and applicant tracking systems.

Responsibilities

• Drive end-to-end recruitment for senior and leadership roles, from understanding the requirement through offer and onboarding.
• Partner with business leaders and hiring managers to define success profiles for each role.
• Lead talent mapping, market intelligence, and competitor talent research to build leadership pipelines.
• Find and engage high-caliber professionals through LinkedIn, headhunting, referrals, networking, and other sourcing channels.
• Run structured interview and assessment processes for leadership candidates.
• Manage senior stakeholder relationships and give candidates a confidential, high-quality experience.
• Handle compensation discussions, offer negotiations, and closures for critical mandates.
• Track hiring metrics such as time-to-hire, offer acceptance, and pipeline health, and share insights with stakeholders.
• Deliver high-quality hiring outcomes in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.
