Job summary

Paytm in India is a leading mobile payments and financial services company. We are looking for an HR recruiter to manage end-to-end recruitment from sourcing to onboarding.

You will coordinate with stakeholders, brief candidates, maintain MIS data, and handle other HR activities. MBA in HR and strong communication are preferred; the role emphasizes proactivity and collaboration across teams.

Qualifications

• You will source profiles according to business needs.
• You will schedule and brief candidates about the profile.

• You will drive the entire recruitment process end-to-end.
• You will capture and update MIS data and perform other HR activities.

• Able to capture and update the data on MIS.
