Accenture is seeking a Senior Manager in Bengaluru to oversee the end-to-end lifecycle of employee relations cases, including grievances and performance management, within Workday Talent Management. You will establish standardized frameworks, ensure confidential documentation, and drive strategic HR outcomes through a high-performing team.

You will mentor HR Case Managers, set clear expectations, and work with senior leadership to shape incident response, investigations, and talent development.

Qualifications

• Oversee end-to-end lifecycle of employee relations cases including grievances, performance management, workplace investigations, accommodations, and separations.
• Establish standardized case management frameworks, intake protocols, SLA standards, and escalation pathways.
• Ensure accurate, timely, and confidential documentation of all cases within the HR case management system.
• Design, develop, implement and manage business solutions within Workday's HCM Tracking Library focusing on talent and performance data.

What would you do?

• Oversee the end-to-end lifecycle of employee relations cases including grievances, performance management, workplace investigations, accommodations, and separations.

• Ensure accurate, timely, and confidential documentation of all cases within the HR case management system.
• Design, develop, implement and manage business solutions within Workday s HCM Tracking Library focusing on the talent and performance management data and aspects of an organization.

• Their decisions have a lasting impact on area of responsibility with the potential to impact areas outside of own responsibility.
• Individual manages large teams and or work efforts (if in an individual contributor role) at a client or within Accenture.
