This encompasses various aspects, including employee support, benefits administration, onboarding, payroll, and other HR related functions.

• Serve as the primary responder for employee queries and requests related to Workday hire to retire transactions (hires, terminations, data changes, etc.).
• Process high-volume, Hire to Retire HR transactions in Workday with accuracy and within defined SLAs.
• Conduct regular data audits to ensure data integrity and compliance.
• Troubleshoot and resolve basic Workday issues, escalating complex cases as needed.
• Collaborate with HR Business Partners and other stakeholders to deliver seamless HR services.
• Ensure compliance with employment laws, company policies, and data privacy requirements.
• Identify process gaps and suggest improvements for greater efficiency.
• Maintain clear documentation of processes and resolutions.
• Support rotational shifts, including US hours, as required.
• Assist in data validation, reporting, and system audits.
• Document processes and maintain accurate records for compliance.
• Work closely with senior analysts to learn and contribute to strategic projects.
