Job summary

Accenture PLC in Bengaluru (India) seeks an HR Service Delivery Senior Analyst with 5–8 years of experience. Primary responsibilities include improving workforce data quality, managing data across Workday, and handling compensation & benefits-related processes.

Strong Excel/MS Office skills and English communication are essential. Role requires deep knowledge of Employee & Org data management, adherence to SLAs, and collaboration with the Service Management team.

Responsibilities

• Delivery & Client management with focus on accuracy and process adherence.
• Monitor and improve process metrics: SLA, KPI, OLA.
• Workday data corrections, data changes, and EIB mass uploads.
• Liaise with Service Management for reporting to the client.
• Ensure governance and compliance with defined process requirements.

Roles and Responsibilities:

• Delivery & Client management:
• Responsible for repeatable, predictable and measurable operations which includes but is not limited to the following:
• Ensure adherence to designed process
• Must have clear understanding of the existing metrics in the process, how they are measured and improvise the measurement system to make it more effective and transparent. Detailed understanding of Process metrics e.g. SLA, OLA, KPI.
• Experienced in Workforce Data admin Employee & Org data Mgmt. Processes ( Data Correction on Workday, Data Changes on Workday, EIB Mass Upload on Workday, Org Management, Position management, Exits (Voluntary and Involuntary), Death In Service, Job data changes, Job reclassification etc.).
• Strong MS Office and Excel skills
• Strong command on written and verbal English language
• Proficient with Business Excellence Practice
• Workday and ServiceNow working experience
• Liaise with Service Management Team on reporting performance measures to the Client.
• Plan, implement & monitor volume allocation strategies within teams resources ensuring optimum workload for the team members for meeting timelines & accuracy levels as per defined standards
• Create & implement governance review mechanism to monitor performance metrics and ensure compliance to defined process requirements.
• Ensure service measures & outcomes are met in accordance with the Service Level Agreement (SLA).
• Demonstrate strong customer service in all activities & lead by example
