Job summary

Accenture PLC in Maharashtra, India seeks an HR Service Delivery Analyst with 3–5 years of payroll experience. The role focuses on Payroll Process Design, improving workforce productivity and supporting payroll across US, UK and international regions. Design of payroll processes, pay-slip calculations, and post-payroll registration is required.

Occasional rotational shifts may apply. The ideal candidate will have an undergraduate degree and a proven ability to work within a global payroll

• Design processes for payroll preparation, pay-slip calculation, post-payroll registration (e.g. accounting booking, payments, social security).
• 3 to 5 years of experience in payroll and related operations.
