Job summary

Phenom People is seeking an HR Specialist to annotate job and candidate data and improve the AI/ML system that powers our talent experience platform. You will verify fit scores and confirm matches to posted jobs, helping recruiters achieve better candidate alignment.

This role requires recruitment experience, strong analytical skills, resilience, and the ability to work in rotational shifts, including weekends.

Job Description

The HR Specialist will play a crucial role in improving the performance of the AI/ML system by providing accurate and comprehensive annotated data, including job skills and verifying or correcting fit scores. By confirming or dismissing candidate matches, the model will learn and provide a better user experience for recruiters, leading to better candidate fit scores and higher match rates for customer job postings.

What You’ve Done

• 1+ years’ experience inrecruitmentwith goodanalytical skills
• Proven experience to understand JD’s and critically analyze to screen profiles
• Resilienceand adaptivity to deliver consistently on the targets.
• Able to work inrotational shifts, including occasional weekends, as required
• Bachelor’s degree in humanresource management(or related field)
