Job summary

Phenom People is seeking a PDE I Full-Stack Engineer to design, develop, and maintain the backend infrastructure of the talent experience management platform. You will work with product and design teams to deliver scalable solutions for clients.

Ideal candidates have 1+ year of full-stack experience, strong Java/Spring Boot skills for backend and ReactJS for frontend, and solid knowledge of PostgreSQL and DSA.

Qualifications

• Design and develop backend systems and APIs for the talent experience management platform.
• Write clean, efficient, and well-documented code; optimize and maintain performance of backend systems.
• Troubleshoot and debug production issues in a timely manner.
• Stay updated with latest technologies and industry trends to improve the platform.
• Bachelor's or Master’s degree in computer science or a related field.
• Minimum of 1 year of experience in full-stack development.
• Strong hands-on experience on Java and Spring Boot for backend and ReactJS for frontend.
• Strong exposure to Data Structures and Algorithms (DSA).
• Experience with database design and management like PostgreSQL.
• Familiarity with cloud computing and microservices architecture.
• Excellent problem-solving and analytical skills.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced and collaborative environment.

As a PDE I Full-Stack Engineer at Phenom People, you will be responsible for designing, developing, and maintaining the backend infrastructure of our talent experience management platform. You will work closely with our product and design teams to deliver high-quality and scalable solutions that meet the needs of our clients. What You’ve Got To Do

• Design and develop backend systems and APIs for our talent experience management platform
• Write clean, efficient, and well-documented code - Optimize and maintain the performance of existing backend systems
• Troubleshoot and debug production issues in a timely manner
• Stay updated with the latest technologies and industry trends to continuously improve our platform
• Bachelor's or Master’s degree in computer science or a related field
• Minimum of 1 years of experience in full-stack development
• Strong hands-on experience on Java programming language and Spring boot for the backend and ReactJS for the frontend.
• Strong exposer working with Data Structures and Algorithms (DSA)
• Experience with database design and management like PostgreSQL.
• Familiarity with cloud computing and microservices architecture

• Ability to work in a fast-paced and collaborative environment

Work Experience

What you've done

• 1+ years of Software Development experience in Core Java, ReactJS, PostgreSQL, Algorithm, Data Structures, Design Patterns.,
• Strong experience with Spring boot, Micro services and distributed systems.
• Able to thrive in a fast-paced environment
• Engineering Graduates / Post-Graduates from premier institutions are preferred. Graduates from IIT, BITS, & NIT are preferred.
