Job summary

Phenom is seeking a Forward deployed product manager in Hyderabad to work closely with customers, identify high-value problems, and build bespoke AI solutions that feed into our core product roadmap. You will partner with cross-functional teams to drive adoption and measure ROI during initial deployment.

You will work in a fast-paced, data-driven culture focused on Applied AI, responsible for end-to-end ownership of product success and shaping the customer experience across deployments.

Qualifications

• Background in Computer Science or Engineering with 3-4 years of prior work experience in product development.
• Comfortable in Python, SQL, and working with APIs.
• Built or deployed LLM-based applications, automated workflows or managed complex data integrations
• Understand the nuances of LLMs, vector databases, and RAG (Retrieval-Augmented Generation)

Responsibilities

• Lead AI Bootcamps: Run intensive, hands-on workshops with customer stakeholders to identify unsolvable problems and prove value through rapid prototyping.
• Take end-to-end accountability for customer success during the initial deployment phase, ensuring the Applied AI delivers measurable ROI.
• Synthesize complex customer feedback into structured product requirements for the core R&D team, grounding roadmap in real-world friction.
• Identify patterns across different customer deployments to help build Productized Blueprints for sales replication.
• Interfacing with internal stakeholders - delivery, customer success and support teams to shape roadmap.
• Collaborating with fellow team members to train cross functional team, drive product adoption, and improve usability.
• Participate in customer beta program conversations, introduce new products and help drive customer value and grow adoption

Job Summary

As a Forward deployed product manager, you will spend your time on the front lines, deeply embedded with customers to identify their highest-value problems and building bespoke AI solutions that eventually drive our core product roadmap

Our PMs being the heart of the company work closely with all cross functional teams to drive product success - focussing on both inbound and outbound aspects of product management.

What You\'ll Do

• Interfacing with internal stakeholders - delivery, customer success and support teams to help understand customer pain points that shape your roadmap
• Collaborating with fellow team members to train cross functional team, help drive product adoption, and improve usability
• Participate in customer beta program conversations, introduce new products and help drive customer value and grow adoption

What You\'ve Done

• Background in Computer Science or Engineering with 3-4 years of prior work experience in product development

Good To Have

• Prior experience in product management would be an added advantage (but not necessary)
• Having an MBA is highly desirable

• Experience working with distributed / international teams
