Job summary

Phenom in Hyderabad is seeking a Product Manager to lead our B2C Applied AI Platform, shaping the vision and roadmap for consumer features.

You will own end-to-end feature delivery, collaborate with design, engineering, research and marketing, and ensure ethical, intuitive AI interactions while tracking engagement and retention metrics to guide decisions.

Qualifications

• Experience: 3+ years in product management building B2C software or consumer apps.
• AI Knowledge: Strong understanding of generative AI, large language models, or machine learning capabilities and limits.
• Data Skills: Ability to analyze user data and define success metrics.
• Communication: Excellent skills in explaining complex technical concepts to non-technical teams.

Responsibilities
