Responsibilities

• Work with Head HR in complete HR operations process for DB E&C India
• Monitor internal HR systems and databases
• Design and implement company policies
• Act as a consultant to managers and staff regarding policies and procedures
• Create detailed reports on HR costs
• Oversee our payroll and performance evaluation systems
• Address employees’ queries (e.g. on compensation and labor regulations)
• Adherence to fair employment laws and practices
• Support team members in the offer process, HR policy, employee onboarding process, exit formalities
• Adhering to all compliance and auditing requirements for the conduct of ethical and transparent operations
• including compliance with all DB E&C policies, guidelines, and procedures
• Any other responsibility assigned by Head HR from time to time

Qualifications
