Location: Powai, Mumbai

Reports To: Head - HR Operations

Overview :

We are looking for a proactive and detail-oriented HR Executive to support key HR operations, with a focus on HR Data, Tech and candidate lifecycle management. The ideal candidate will have hands-on experience in HR portal entries, audits and compliance, and related operational activities.

Key Responsibilities:

• Employee onboarding: Onboarding support through the HR portal and joining formalities.
• Employee Records & Reporting: Maintain employee records and HR databases, support engagement activities, prepare HR MIS reports, and assist in drafting HR letters.

Qualifications:

• Education: Bachelor's degree / MBA in HR or related field.
• Experience: 3-5 years in HR, with experience in HR Operations
• Skills: Strong knowledge of statutory norms, MS - Excel, and compliance management. Excellent communication, organizational, and interpersonal skills.
• Salary - 30 - 35k per month.

Note: Engagement on third party rolls, 1 year contract(Extendable to permanent role on the basis of the performance)
