Apexon, an AI-first technology services firm, seeks a dynamic HR Operations Executive in Ahmedabad to drive critical HR processes, payroll inputs, benefits administration, and data integrity. The role targets operational excellence and collaboration across HR, Finance, IT, and Admin teams.

Qualifications

• MBA / PGDM or equivalent required.
• Experience in HR operations and payroll processes preferred.
• Ability to manage end-to-end HR processes efficiently.

Responsibilities

• Manage end-to-end employee and contractor offboarding, including bulk offboarding.
• Ensure accurate and timely Full & Final settlements.
• Validate and process payroll inputs in collaboration with payroll teams.
• Administer employee benefits such as medical insurance, term life, gratuity, meal and gift cards.
• Maintain accurate HR data and records.
• Collaborate with HR, Finance, IT, and Admin teams ensuring 100% NOC completion.
• Drive process improvements, automation, and workflow creation, Agentic AI.
• Build dashboards and reports using Power BI.
• Ensure compliance with company policies and statutory requirements.
• Experience in handling payroll, ISO and HR process audits.
• Resolve employee queries related to payroll, exit, and benefits with ownership.

About the Role

We are looking for a dynamic and detail-oriented HR Operations Executive who thrives in fast-paced environments and enjoys driving operational excellence. This role offers an exciting opportunity to manage critical HR processes, lead high-impact initiatives, and enhance employee experience through efficient HR operations.

Key Responsibilities

• Manage end-to-end employee and contractor offboarding, including bulk offboarding

• Validate and process payroll inputs in collaboration with payroll teams
