Job summary

Curefit Healthcare Pvt Ltd in Bengaluru is seeking an HR Operations professional to bring structure and efficiency to our people processes, with strong expertise in employee insurance, Darwinbox, and reporting.

You will manage end-to-end insurance programs, drive MIS reporting, support payroll, ensure statutory compliance, and collaborate with stakeholders to enable scalable HR operations in a high-growth environment.

Qualifications

• 2+ years of experience in HR Operations.
• Experience in Employee Insurance & Benefits Administration is mandatory.
• Advanced Excel with dashboards and reporting.
• Exposure to payroll processing and statutory compliance.
• Experience with Darwinbox or similar HRMS.
• Ability to analyze large datasets for large organisations (8,000–10,000+ employees).

Responsibilities

• Manage end-to-end employee insurance programs including policy administration, renewals, claims management, employee support, and coordination with insurance providers.
• Prepare MIS reports, claims tracking, policy utilization analysis, and dashboards using advanced MS Excel to support operational efficiency and decision-making.
• Support payroll processing by ensuring accurate inputs, validations, and coordination with relevant stakeholders.
• Ensure compliance with statutory requirements including PF, ESI, PT, Gratuity, and other labor regulations.
• Maintain employee records and HR data with a high degree of accuracy.
• Generate HR reports, dashboards, and MIS to support business decision-making.
• Drive process improvements and automation initiatives through HRMS platforms such as Darwinbox.
• Act as a key point of contact for employee queries related to benefits, payroll, and HR operations.

About the Role

Key Responsibilities

Manage end-to-end employee insurance programs, including policy administration, renewals, claims management, employee support, and coordination with insurance providers.

Ensure accurate MIS reporting, claims tracking, policy utilization analysis, and dashboard preparation using advanced MS Excel to support operational efficiency and decision-making.

What We're Looking For

2+ years of experience in HR Operations.

Strong hands‑on experience in Employee Insurance & Benefits Administration (Mandatory).

Advanced Excel proficiency with strong reporting and analytical skills. Exposure to payroll processing and statutory compliance.

Experience working on Darwinbox or similar HRMS platforms is preferred.

Ability to manage and analyze large datasets for organizations with an employee headcount of 8,000–10,000+.

Strong stakeholder management, communication, and problem‑solving skills.

Detail‑oriented with a process‑driven mindset.
