Role Overview

• Be a key member of the Member Experience team, shaping the Cultfit app and powering our ecosystem—including the Trainer app, Personal Training, and SAT app.
• Directly impact our mission to make India fitter by ensuring a seamless, delightful user experience.
• Own projects end to end, solving challenges like smart scheduling and building AI trainer features.

Key Responsibilities

• Design, develop, and optimize scalable, robust, and fault‑tolerant backend services.
• Collaborate with cross‑functional teams to turn business requirements into innovative solutions.
• Own the complete feature lifecycle—from product and tech design through development, experimental rollout, and iterations.
• Build features that integrate smoothly with internal tools and customer‑facing services, while continuously enhancing product value.
• Perform performance tuning to ensure high reliability and responsiveness of all systems.

Skills & Experience

• 4+ years of core backend development experience with proficiency in core programming languages.
• Strong in building scalable and maintainable systems with solid DBMS expertise (relational or NoSQL), design patterns, and debugging skills.
• Ability to interpret complex requirements and deliver effective technical solutions; familiarity with Springboot is a plus.
• A collaborative, adaptable mindset with sound analytical and problem‑solving skills.
