Aptia Group in Mumbai is seeking a Manager Strategic Projects to lead and deliver key initiatives across the People function and other departments. You will manage budgets, govern contracts, and drive strategic programs with cross-functional collaboration.

The role requires strong project leadership, organizational skills, and ability to work with stakeholders at all levels to ensure successful project outcomes and timely delivery.

We are currently looking for Manager Strategic Projects to join our growing team. This position is a truly unique opportunity to be able to work across the entirety of the People function and other departmental areas to support the delivery of our strategic objectives. The role holder will be joining us at an exciting time and will contribute to the implementation of key strategic projects as part of the People Team. This role will have significant impact on HR’s reputation as a strategic function capable of planning ahead to pinpoint strategic issues and support successful delivery of key projects/program

This role includes implementing key initiatives against our People Plan, managing projects, supporting CPO governance and budget planning and tracking on a monthly/quarterly basis.

Key Responsibilities

• Project management to ensure seamless delivery
• Support managing CPO budgets. This includes the management of commercial contracts across the function.
• Management and reporting of the projects portfolio

Experience & Qualification

• Minimum 7-8 year of experience in managing projects and delivering successful outcomes. Demonstrable success of building good relationships and partnerships with key influencers across the organization
• Strong Knowledge of advance excel, macros, smart sheet
