QUALIFICATION:

Master in Human Recourses - MSW, MBA, and PGDHRM with a Minimum of 10 to 12 years of working experience in Manufacturing sectors.

Salary: CTC Rs. 12 Lakhs per Annum

Location: Bangalore

Job Responsibilities:

To lead and monitor the HR function and team at the company level by overseeing activities of HR, recruitment, training, PMS, Employee Engagement, Talent Management, IR/ER, administration & security, both at corporate and plants formulating HR strategy, policies and processes for HR and support problem solving on current / potential issues to attract, motivate and retain talent/ employees. Role holder will be an Active member of the senior management team to contribute to the top and bottom line of the company..

Roles & Responsibilities

• Finalize long term plans for HR function, in line with the organizational objectives
• Finalize annual plans and budget for HR function. Regularly monitor budget utilization for HR function
• Design and implement organizational structures that promote efficiency and effectiveness.
• Prepare long term & short term manpower planning for corporate functions and plants
• Oversee the recruitment and onboarding process to attract and retain top talent.
• Develop and implement comprehensive talent management strategies including succession planning.
• Lead workforce planning efforts to ensure future talent needs are met.
• Ensure HR plans support the needs of the business but are also flexible enough to cope with changes in the organization, as and when they occur.
• Arranging and co coordinating for Induction Training and orientation program for new joinees
• Formulate HR policies and incorporate changes/amendments from time to time
• Design, develop and timely implement various HR processes including recruitment & selection, performance appraisals, training & development across organization
• Prepare HR functions SOPs and ensure adherence .
• Organize employee engagement activities. Carryout employee engagement survey, prepare and implement action plan to improve engagement level of employees.
• Identifying training needs. Preparing Training Calendar and ensuring its implementation.
• Preparation of skill enhancement plan/ skill mapping and people development
• To facilitate talent management program at company level in order to attract, engage & retain talent. Planning and execution of the Career and succession plan of Key employees.
• Assisting management in initiating and executing various change management programs across the organization for culture change
• Leadership Development Plan and execution
• Drive initiatives for employee engagement, leadership development, and cultural alignment.
• Support change management initiatives across the enterprise.
• Automate HR Processes and Implementation of HRMS.
• Ensure harmonious employee relations across all plants
• Monitoring contract labour management activities.
• Oversee and support activities of administration, security , safety , legal & welfare
• Periodic compensation benchmarking for refining compensation structure
• Responsible for all statutory compliances with regard to employment laws
• Preparation of MIS (Daily, Weekly and Monthly) of HR.
• Oversee the implementation of government-sponsored industrial programs within the company. This may include facilitating training programs, utilizing subsidies for hiring new employees, or complying with any requirements related to skill development, workforce welfare, job creation programs and Industrial Certificates/Awards and recognition.
• Supporting in building a new business operation or facility from the ground up, often in a new geographical location or market. This could include establishing new offices, manufacturing plants, or even creating a new division and also assistant in any Mergers and Acquisitions (M&A) process..
