You will ensure right candidate-job fit, maintain employee records, implement basic performance tracking, and standardize hiring processes to support rapid growth.

Qualifications

• 3–7 years of experience in recruitment and hiring.
• Strong hiring experience across multiple roles/industries.
• HRBP background preferred but not mandatory.

Responsibilities
