Job Summary

We are looking for a HR Manager, to lead our HR function end-to-end, covering recruitment, HR operations, employee experience, and compliance. You'll head the HR team, set priorities, and be the go-to person for how HR runs across the organization.

Key Responsibilities

• Take full ownership of the HR function, leading the team across recruitment and HR operations and setting the direction for how HR is run.
• Own the HR function as a whole, including employee relations, compliance, and engagement.
• Drive full-cycle recruitment for leadership, mid-level, and niche roles, including sourcing and closures, guiding the recruitment team through the process.
• Manage core HR operations through your team, including onboarding, HRMS and records, attendance and leave, and payroll coordination.
• Handle day-to-day HR administration, such as maintaining employee files, issuing letters (offer, appointment, confirmation, relieving), and keeping HR records audit-ready.
• Oversee the Admin team's work as well, including office expenses, utilities, and bill payments.
• Set HR policies and SOPs, and make sure they're followed consistently across the organization.
• Work closely with business leaders on workforce plans and people priorities, and translate these into direction for the team.
• Run the performance management cycle, including goal-setting, appraisals, and calibration, with department heads.
• Drive employee engagement and retention through the team, including culture initiatives, feedback loops, and recognition programs.
• Handle employee relations and grievances fairly, stepping in directly on sensitive cases.
• Manage the exit process end-to-end, including interviews, clearances, and full-and-final settlements.
• Ensure statutory and labour law compliance (PF, ESIC, gratuity, POSH, and other applicable regulations).
• Track and share HR metrics such as hiring TAT, attrition, cost-per-hire, and engagement scores with leadership regularly.
• Hire, mentor, and grow the HR team, and keep improving HR processes and systems.

Qualifications
