• Knowledge of labour laws and statutory compliance.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Experience in an IT, Digital Marketing, or Service-based company is preferred.

Responsibilities

• Manage end-to-end recruitment and talent acquisition.
• Handle employee onboarding, documentation, attendance, leave, and exit processes.
• Maintain employee records and manage Keka HRMS.
• Coordinate with payroll teams for salary processing and employee-related queries.
• Manage employee engagement activities and performance management.
• Support KRA/KPI implementation and performance reviews.
• Develop and implement HR policies and procedures.
• Ensure compliance with applicable labour laws and statutory requirements.
• Prepare HR MIS reports and maintain HR documentation.
• Handle employee queries and support day-to-day HR operations.
• Coordinate with management and different teams on HR-related matters.
