Responsibilities

  • Partner with leadership to align HR initiatives with business objectives and growth plans.
  • Lead end-to-end recruitment for technical, functional, managerial, and leadership positions.
  • Design and implement employee engagement, wellness, and recognition programs.
  • Handle employee grievances, disciplinary matters, and conflict resolution.
  • Manage PMS cycle, performance reviews, and improvement plans.
  • Oversee compensation structures, salary revisions, and benefits programs.
  • Ensure compliance with labor laws and oversee payroll inputs and HRIS operations.

As we continue to scale our operations, we are seeking an experienced and dynamic HR Manager / Senior HR Manager to lead our people strategy, strengthen organizational culture, and support business growth.

Job Summary

We are looking for a seasoned HR professional to lead and manage end-to-end Human Resources functions, including talent acquisition, employee engagement, performance management, compliance, and HR operations. The ideal candidate will act as a strategic business partner to leadership while ensuring effective execution of HR initiatives across the organization.

Key Responsibilities
Strategic HR & Business Partnership
  • Partner with leadership teams to align HR initiatives with business objectives and growth plans.
  • Drive organizational development, workforce planning, and succession planning initiatives.
  • Develop, review, and implement HR policies, processes, and best practices.
  • Support change management and organizational transformation initiatives.
Talent Acquisition & Employer Branding
  • Lead end-to-end recruitment for technical, functional, managerial, and leadership positions.
  • Build strong talent pipelines through LinkedIn, Naukri, employee referrals, campus hiring, and networking.
  • Enhance employer branding and employee value proposition initiatives.
  • Monitor recruitment metrics and improve hiring effectiveness and candidate experience.
Employee Engagement & Culture
  • Foster a positive, collaborative, and high-performance work culture.
  • Design and execute employee engagement, wellness, and recognition programs.
  • Handle employee grievances, disciplinary matters, and conflict resolution.
  • Drive employee retention initiatives and conduct engagement surveys.
Performance Management
  • Manage the organization's Performance Management System (PMS) cycle.
  • Facilitate goal setting, performance reviews, feedback discussions, and annual appraisals.
  • Partner with managers to implement Performance Improvement Plans (PIPs) where required.
  • Support talent development and career progression initiatives.
Compensation & Benefits
  • Manage compensation structures, salary revisions, incentive plans, and benefits programs.
  • Conduct market benchmarking and compensation analysis.
  • Support annual compensation review and budgeting exercises.
HR Operations & Compliance
  • Ensure compliance with applicable labor laws and statutory regulations, including PF, ESIC, Gratuity, Shops & Establishments Act, and other employment laws.
  • Oversee payroll inputs, attendance management, leave administration, and HRMS operations.
  • Maintain employee records, documentation, audits, and statutory filings.
  • Drive process improvements and automation within HR operations.
Learning & Development
  • Identify training needs and support employee development initiatives.
  • Coordinate leadership development and skill enhancement programs.
  • Promote a culture of continuous learning and professional growth.
Required Skills & Competencies
  • Strong understanding of Indian labor laws, HR compliance, and statutory requirements.
  • Expertise in talent acquisition, employee relations, performance management, and HR operations.
  • Proven ability to build and manage high-performing teams.
  • Excellent communication, stakeholder management, and interpersonal skills.
  • Hands-on experience with HRMS platforms, payroll systems, and recruitment tools.
  • Strong analytical, problem-solving, and decision-making abilities.
  • Strategic mindset with a strong focus on execution and business outcomes.
Qualification
  • MBA/PGDM in Human Resources, Personnel Management, or related discipline.
  • Additional certifications in HR, labor laws, or talent management will be an advantage.
