Job summary

Ciel HR is seeking an experienced HR Lead to oversee end-to-end HR operations for an IT services organization in the UAE. The role covers HR strategy, talent acquisition, employee engagement, performance management, payroll coordination, and UAE labour law compliance.

The ideal candidate has 12–20 years of HR experience, with mandatory UAE HR operations leadership, preferably in IT services. Strong stakeholder management and leadership in a multicultural environment are essential.

Qualifications

• 12 to 20 years of overall HR experience, with mandatory experience leading HR operations in the UAE.
• Strong knowledge of UAE Labour Law, visa and work permit processes, and local HR practices.
• Prior experience in IT services, IT consulting, or technology organization is preferred.

Responsibilities

• HR Strategy & Operations: Develop and implement HR policies, processes, and initiatives aligned with business objectives.
• Talent Acquisition: Drive recruitment for technical and non-technical positions, partnering with business leaders to meet hiring requirements.
• Employee Relations: Manage employee grievances, disciplinary matters, conflict resolution, and employee engagement initiatives.
• UAE Labour Law Compliance: Ensure compliance with UAE Labour Law, employment contracts, visa and work permit requirements, and applicable HR regulations.
• Performance Management: Implement performance appraisal processes, goal setting, talent development, and succession planning.
• Compensation & Benefits: Oversee compensation benchmarking, salary reviews, benefits administration, and payroll coordination.
• HR Administration: Manage onboarding, employee documentation, HR records, leave management, and employee separation processes.
• Learning & Development: Identify training needs and drive initiatives to enhance employee capabilities and leadership development.
• Business Partnering: Work closely with management and delivery teams to address workforce planning, organizational development, and people-related challenges.
• HR Reporting: Prepare and present HR dashboards covering headcount, attrition, recruitment, employee costs, and other key HR metrics.

Desired Candidate Profile

• MBA / PGDM in Human Resources or a related discipline.
• 12 to 20 years of overall HR experience, Mandatory experience leading HR operations in the UAE.
• Prior experience in an IT services, IT consulting, or technology organization is preferred.
• Strong knowledge of UAE Labour Law, visa and work permit processes, and local HR practices.
• Experience managing end-to-end HR operations, talent acquisition, employee relations, and performance management.
