Currently enrolled in a Bachelor's or Master's degree program in Human Resources, Business Administration, Psychology, or a related field.
Strong verbal and written communication skills.
Highly organised with strong attention to detail and the ability to manage multiple tasks simultaneously.
Ability to work independently, take initiative, and manage time effectively.
Passion for startups, people, and building great teams.
Strong interpersonal skills with the ability to interact professionally with candidates and team members.
Basic understanding of recruitment processes and HR best practices.
Familiarity with tools like LinkedIn, Google Workspace, and Zoho is a plus.
Assist in sourcing and identifying potential candidates through LinkedIn, job portals, referrals, and other hiring channels.
Coordinate interviews by scheduling conversations between candidates and the team while ensuring a smooth candidate experience.
Maintain and update recruitment pipelines, candidate databases, and hiring trackers.
Support onboarding by preparing documentation, coordinating induction activities, and ensuring new team members have everything they need to get started.
Assist in maintaining HR documentation, employee records, and internal policies.
Help organise team engagement activities, celebrations, learning sessions, and culture initiatives.
Collaborate with different teams to understand hiring needs and support recruitment planning.
Research hiring trends, talent insights, and employer branding opportunities to help improve our recruitment process.
Represent NOCT professionally while interacting with candidates and help create a thoughtful, memorable hiring experience.
