About the Internship

Do you find yourself testing every new AI tool before everyone else? Do you enjoy building workflows, automating repetitive tasks, and figuring out better ways to get things done? If prompts, prototypes, systems, and experimentation excite you, this internship is for you. Apply to NOCT to gain hands‑on experience exploring, building, and implementing AI‑powered tools, workflows, and systems across design, operations and business functions.

Responsibilities

• Explore and experiment with AI tools across creative, operational and research workflows to identify opportunities for improvement.
• Build internal systems, automations, workflows and lightweight tools that improve studio operations.
• Research emerging AI tools, trends and technologies relevant to design, creativity and digital operations.
• Coordinate with NOCT’s in‑house team at the Panchgani studio and remote team members.
• Collaborate with team members, participate actively in discussions and brainstorming sessions.
• Document findings, learnings and experiments in a structured and usable manner for the wider team.
• Collaborate with founders, designers and cross‑functional teams on exploratory AI‑led initiatives and projects.
• Take initiative to test unconventional ideas, prototypes and systems that can improve efficiency, creativity or internal processes.

Qualifications

• Students, tinkerers, makers or freshers with a strong interest in AI tools, workflows and experimentation.
• A portfolio of experiments, side projects, automations, prompts, prototypes or any work that demonstrates curiosity and hands‑on exploration with AI tools and systems (academic qualifications are secondary).
• Working knowledge of AI tools, no‑code platforms, automation systems, creative workflows or emerging technologies.
• Knowledge of coding, scripting or AI‑assisted development platforms is a plus.
