Job summary

CCTech is seeking a motivated HR Generalist Intern to support the HR team with day-to-day operations in our India office.

You will gain hands-on experience in recruitment, onboarding, employee engagement, HR documentation, and administration within a fast-paced IT environment, while receiving mentorship and possible full-time opportunities based on performance.

Qualifications

• Pursuing or recently completed a Bachelor's or Master's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, Psychology, or related field.
• Strong verbal and written communication skills are required.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office or Google Workspace and ability to handle confidential information with care.

Responsibilities

• Assist in sourcing candidates through job portals and social media platforms.

Job Description

We are looking for a motivated and detail-oriented HR Generalist Intern to support the Human Resources team in day-to-day HR operations. This internship provides hands-on exposure to recruitment, onboarding, employee engagement, HR documentation, and HR administration while offering an opportunity to learn HR best practices in a professional environment.

Key Responsibilities

• Assist in sourcing candidates through job portals and social media platforms.

• Maintain and update employee records while ensuring data accuracy and confidentiality.

• Help maintain HR databases and trackers.
  
• Assist in attendance, leave, and HR administrative tasks.
  
• Stay updated on HR policies and support compliance-related activities.
  
• Perform other HR-related tasks as assigned by the HR team.
  

Requirements

Required Qualifications

• Currently pursuing or recently completed a Bachelor's or Master's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, Psychology, or a related field.
  
• Basic understanding of HR functions and recruitment processes.
  
• Strong verbal and written communication skills.
  
• Good organizational and time-management abilities.
  
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint) or Google Workspace.
  
• Ability to maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive information professionally.
