Weekday is seeking a Senior HR Manager in Chennai to lead end-to-end talent acquisition, optimize HR operations, and design compensation structures for a growing organization.

You will manage payroll, benefits, and analytics using Keka and other HRMS tools, while partnering with an EOR to ensure global compliance and cost efficiency. The role drives workforce planning, policy, and employee engagement under Indian regulations.

Qualifications

• 12+ years of progressive HR experience with focus on talent acquisition and HR operations.
• Expertise with Keka and other HRMS platforms for payroll, benefits, and data mgmt.
• Strong knowledge of Indian labor laws, payroll, and statutory reporting.

Responsibilities

• Own full-cycle recruitment for all business units with timely, high-quality hiring.
• Administer HRMS functions (Keka) to streamline payroll, benefits, and data.
• Develop and implement competitive compensation and benefits strategies.
• Manage EOR partnerships to ensure global workforce compliance and cost control.
• Lead employee engagement initiatives, training programs, and performance systems.

As a Human Resources Manager, you will spearhead end-to-end talent acquisition initiatives, optimize HR operations, and design competitive compensation structures while managing relationships with the Employer of Record (EOR) partner. Leveraging Keka and other HRMS platforms, you will oversee payroll, benefits administration, and workforce analytics for a growing organization. Your strategic insights will guide workforce planning, compliance, and employee engagement, ensuring alignment with business objectives across the Chennai region. You will also serve as a trusted advisor to senior leadership, driving culture and policy innovation to attract, retain, and develop top talent in a dynamic market.

Key Responsibilities
