You will lead hiring, onboarding, performance cycles, and employee engagement while ensuring compliance with Indian labor laws. This role requires strong communication and conflict-resolution skills to maintain a productive work environment.

Qualifications

• 3 to 5 years of HR Generalist experience.
• MBA or Post Graduate degree in Human Resources.
• Strong knowledge of POSH regulations and Indian labor laws.
